A Bar K has been located in the Sioux Falls Stockyards parking lot in Sioux Falls since 1978.  Originally, the only services offered were sales of steel livestock trailers and light and brake hook ups. 

Trailer sales have since expanded to include steel and aluminum livestock trailers, horse trailers with or without living quarters, cargo trailers, flatbeds, and utility trailers (including snowmobile and motorcycle trailers.) 

The service department now handles every aspect of trailer repair, including everything from replacement of axles to new floors.  If you can get your trailer here, we can fix it.

The current owners are Chuck and Deb Nelson of Hartford, South Dakota.  Chuck worked in A Bar K's shop for three years before purchasing A Bar K in 1991. Chuck knows the trailer business from the ground up.
